Do you offer refunds?

Our files are instant digital downloads, so we are not able to offer refunds once an order has been placed. We do offer a freebie for you to test print and make sure you are familiar before you make a purchase. Freebie

My prints arent working

If your print is coming out the incorrect size, please make sure that when you are printing, you select “Actual Size” for the print. Many printers will try to scale to make sure that the white margins are printed inside the area that your printer can actually use.
